Please join us for a grand family-style farm dinner served under the stars here at The Village Bakery. On this evening, Michelin-starred chef, Mark Sullivan, and Chef Anthony Ruth will cook for you a vegetable-driven menu that highlights an abundance of first-of-the-season summer ingredients from SMIP Ranch. Each ingredient will be carefully harvested on the day of the dinner, allowing for the freshness to shine. 

At SMIP Ranch, pristine produce is planted, cared for, and handpicked by Farmer Chris Barnard. Chris, along with the help of two part-time farmhands, oversees the private five-acre farm in Woodside that overlooks the entire Bay Area, with sweeping views from San Francisco to San Jose. In addition to growing ingredients exclusively for Bacchus's restaurants, SMIP Ranch also offer produce boxes through a weekly CSA program.

This experience includes dinner, wine, and conversations with Chris and the chefs.
