Ross Cobb Wine Dinner

Cobb Wines is a family-owned winery specializing in cool-climate Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Riesling from the Sonoma Coast and neighboring regions. The story began in 1989, when David and Diane Cobb, together with their son Ross, planted Coastlands Vineyard just three miles from the Pacific Ocean. Ross later founded Cobb Wines with his parents in 2001. With a résumé that includes Williams Selyem, Flowers, and Hirsch, Ross produces restrained, site-driven wines that emphasize freshness, structure, and vineyard expression. Today, Coastlands remains the heart of the estate, with its high elevation, persistent coastal wind and fog, and old Pinot Noir plantings producing some of Cobb’s most distinctive and age-worthy wines.

We are honored to welcome Ross Cobb to The Village Bakery for an unforgettable evening of storytelling and wine. Chef Francisco Yama has created a special multi-course menu designed to highlight the depth, elegance, and character of Cobb Wines. It promises to be a truly special evening—and one not to be missed.
